  • Last 12+ years, worked as CFO & COO of publicly listed companies on the TSX-V, TSX and NASDAQ and as Executive / Operator in high growth, M&A-oriented, private equity owned companies

  • Built and scaled start-up tech companies from inception to +$1B EV

  • M&A experience: 20+ deals with $3B+ of transaction value on both buy and sell side; 3 successful exits

  • Completed $1B+ in financing through various financial instruments including term loans, short-term credit facilities, convertible debentures and equity

  • Built and led Finance teams of 8 to 65 staff from inception, implemented financial ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite), and instituted full scope financial processes and controls to satisfy SOX and SOC 1 requirements

Over the past 25 years, I've had the privilege of gaining tremendous experience working with great teams and seasoned professionals. I have a strong network within the Investment Banking, Financial Institution and Professional Services industries and have deep industry experience in High-Tech, Infrastructure, CPG, Manufacturing and Professional Services. I started Om'nia to provide consulting services to Companies that need help with:
